After the government announced the opening up of the space sector to private players, ISRO Chairman K Sivan said that many startups have expressed interest in the sector. He added that big corporates were yet to come to the front. The government is setting up the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe) to approve proposals from private players.
