Four people interested in music from different cities around the world, all named Paul O'Sullivan, have formed a band. While two of them are from the US, third is from UK's Manchester and fourth Paul resides in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. They found each other after one of them randomly began adding people who shared his name on Facebook.
