Study finds why some bosses oppose work from home

A study suggests leaders' personalities may shape how organisations view remote work. It found that leaders displaying stronger narcissistic traits were more likely to resist work-from-home, not necessarily over productivity, but because it changes dynamics of power, visibility and control. However, the study doesn't suggest every manager supporting return-to-office policies is narcissistic.
