Sona Comstar's late Chairman Sunjay Kapur "kicked" his wife Priya Sachdev out of the board of his holding company, AIPL, in March 2023, his mother Rani Kapur told Delhi HC. Rani claimed Sunjay told investors at the time that "something needed to be reversed". Priya took charge of AIPL as MD less than a week after Sunjay's death, she added.
