Tesla cars will be prohibited from entering the Chinese coastal district of Beidaihe, the site of an annual party leadership conclave, for at least two months starting July 1, Reuters reported. This comes a few weeks after Tesla cars were also barred from driving onto some roads of Chengdu, which coincided with Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to the city.
