Tesla on Monday said that it has started delivering the Shanghai-made Model Y sports utility vehicles (SUVs) to its customers in China. The starting price of the Model Y vehicle has been set at 3,39,900 yuan (about $52,400). Tesla received permission from the Chinese government to start selling its cars in November last year.
