The Thai Raksa Chart party has withdrawn its support to Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya Sirivadhana Varnavadi as the PM candidate following opposition by her brother, Thai King Maha Vajiralongkorn. The King called his sister's candidacy "highly inappropriate" and against "royal traditions". The party said it accepts the King's statement and would abide by election regulations and royal tradition.
