A man who has 45 registered cases of chain snatching and cheating while posing as a police officer was arrested from Thane's Irani Basti. The police's previous attempts to arrest the man failed due to locals shielding him from arrest. "We then laid a trap and nabbed him from his residential locality," said the police.
