Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday said there may be a constitutional breakdown in West Bengal in the wake of the Kolkata Police-CBI face-off. He added it was "unprecedented" the way the CBI was stopped from performing its duty in Kolkata. He said the Centre has the power to take action to maintain normalcy in any part of the country.
