Third wave of coronavirus in India cannot be ruled out: CSIR Director General

The Director General of Centre's Council Of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Dr Shekhar Mande has said that the third wave of coronavirus "cannot be ruled out" in India. He said people would have to be alert even if the number of cases starts declining, adding that "it was up to us to ensure the third wave does not come".
