A sub-adult tiger travelled more than 1,300 km spanning six districts in Maharashtra and Telangana before reaching the Dnyanganga sanctuary in Buldhana district of Maharashtra. It took the tiger 150 days to reach the new territory from its birthplace, researchers monitoring the tiger said. They added that the tiger took the journey in pursuit of new territory and mates.
