Twitter has launched its new prototype app named 'twttr', that allows participating users to test new features and provide feedback, to its first group of participants via a tweet. Twitter reportedly said that most participants in the program will be English or Japanese speakers. It had first announced the program during the technology event CES in Las Vegas in January.
