A woman in Uganda was caught trying to smuggle illegal cosmetics into the country from DR Congo by stuffing them inside a dummy baby behind her back. The authorities acted on an intelligence input received about this smuggling mode. Authorities monitored the woman and the bus she boarded from Congo into Uganda before apprehending her.
