Uttarakhand government has ordered Haridwar district administration to file an FIR against private labs accused of conducting as many as 1 lakh fake COVID-19 tests during the Kumbh Mela. "An order is issued to file a case against labs from Delhi and Haryana, which conducted testing at five places in Haridwar during Kumbh Mela," a government spokesperson said.
