The US International Trade Commission (ITC) on Tuesday said it would launch a probe into Mahindra and Mahindra's off-road utility vehicle Roxor. This follows a complaint by Fiat Chrysler that Roxor infringed upon the intellectual property rights of its Jeep design. Mahindra earlier said it had initiated court proceedings to enforce a design agreement executed with Fiat Chrysler in 2009.
