The US won't allow foreign students to remain in the country if all of their classes are moved online because of coronavirus crisis. The rule applies to holders of F-1 and M-1 visas. There were over 10 lakh international students in the US for the 2018-19 academic year, according to IIE. The second-largest number of international students came from India.
