The Shiv Sena today asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi whether the Rafale deal was meant to strengthen the Indian Air Force or a financially-troubled industrialist. Referring to a media report claiming the Defence Ministry had objected to "parallel negotiations" conducted by PMO, Sena said the PM had a "personal interest" in the deal and called the report a "black page".
