The Patna High Court on Tuesday expressed anguish over the Bihar government's handling of the pandemic. It said that it may give the responsibility of COVID-19 management to Army. "The court will fail in its duty if necessary orders aren't passed in larger public interest to ensure the right of life to the people in the state," the court added.
