As per Ayurveda and Yoga expert Yogacharya Anoop, fenugreek or methi water is a great antacid. Its regular consumption may help strengthen the digestive system and check issues tied to gastritis and bloating. According to Bengaluru-based weight-management expert and nutritionist, Dr Anju Sood, fenugreek may help in tackling insulin resistance. One may also notice reduced water retention.
