Hailing from Nimbi village in Haryana, Divya Tanwar lost her father when she was 8 years old. Her mother, Babita stepped in to support the education of her three children. Divya went on to pursue her schooling from Navodaya Vidyalaya, followed by a BSc degree from Government College. She became the youngest IPS officer with AIR 438.
