After embarking on a 3,500-km-long padayatra from Bihar's West Champaran, poll strategist Prashant Kishor said that he will announce a political party after the yatra's culmination. "I have already announced that I will not lead it (party). I will neither be elected nor selected. But it will have a leader who will be selected from among its workers," Kishor said.
