PM Narendra Modi, during his speech on 73rd Independence Day, announced that the government has decided to invest ₹100 lakh crore on the country's infrastructure. "Today, according to the needs of the 21st century, modern infrastructure is being set up," he added. PM Modi further said the time has come to "think about how we can boost exports."
