Former AAP MLA HS Phoolka on Monday said he would return his Padma Shri if the Punjab government arrests ex-CM Parkash Singh Badal and ex-DGP Sumedh Singh Saini in the Bargari sacrilege cases. Earlier, four Cabinet Ministers called Phoolka's resignation from Vidhan Sabha a political stunt. Phoolka had asked all MLAs who raised the sacrilege issue in Assembly to resign.
