Tesla CEO Elon Musk has said he will personally review all of the electric carmaker's expenses in a new cost-cutting plan, Reuters has reported. "Going forward, all expenses of any kind anywhere in the [world], including parts, salary, travel expenses, rent, literally every payment that leaves our bank account must [be] reviewed," Musk wrote in the email to employees.
