West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee said that PM Narendra Modi's call to citizens to light a candle or diya for nine minutes at 9 pm on Sunday is a "personal matter". "I will sleep if I want to sleep," she said. "He will speak his mind...I will speak mine...you think he has said something good, follow it," Mamata further said.
