Wipro announced an annual increment to eligible employees for the financial year ended March 2022 and they will get it with their September salaries. The firm has covered around 96% of employees under this round of annual increments. Wipro had held back variable pay to its mid and senior-level executives for the June quarter due to pressure on operating margins.
