Wipro's ₹15,000 crore share buyback will open on June 11 and close on June 17. The IT major plans to repurchase up to 22.97 crore shares at Rs 445 apiece through the tender offer route. Shareholders whose names appeared on the record date, June 6, are eligible to participate in the buyback.
