Wrongly fined for using phone, man proves he was eating hash brown
A US man who had been fined $300 by police for using a phone when he was driving has been found not guilty after he proved in court that he was actually eating a hash brown. Jason Stiber was fined in April 2018 on a distracted driving citation. His phone records proved he wasn't on phone when he was stopped.
