Ex-India fast bowler and current Delhi selector Amit Bhandari was thrashed by a group of men led by at least two aspiring cricketers with hockey sticks, during Delhi Under-23 team trials at St Stephen's ground today. Bhandari was attacked after one of the cricketers wasn't selected in the team. Bhandari has been admitted to a hospital in North Delhi.
