Zee Entertainment's promoter Essel Group on Monday said its lenders have agreed to give the Subhash Chandra-led group time till September 30 to pare its debt. This provides the required amount of time to complete the strategic sale of its key assets, it added. At the group level, Essel has total debt of around ₹17,174 crore.
