Police on Sunday recovered ₹3.5 crore in demonetised currency from a village in Bilimora, Gujarat. The police have also arrested four people in this regard and the seizure included an Accent car, 13,432 notes of ₹1,000 and 43,300 notes of old ₹500. This comes over two years after the government banned the notes in November 2016.
