Hate won, artist lost, Goodbye! I'm done: Munawar Faruqui after 12th show cancelled

After Bengaluru Police asked organisers to cancel comic Munawar Faruqui's show amid protests by right-wing outfits who alleged he had hurt Hindu sentiments, Faruqui tweeted, "Hate won, artist lost." He wrote, "We called off 12 shows in the last two months because of the threats." He added, "I think this is the end. That's been my time. Goodbye! I'm done."
