Himachal becomes 1st state to give 1st dose of COVID vaccine to 100% adults: Minister

Himachal Pradesh has become the first state in India to administer the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine to 100% of its adult population, claimed state Health Minister Dr Rajiv Saizal. He added, "We will administer the second dose to 100% of the population by November 30." The state reported 123 COVID-19 cases and one death on Sunday.
