IIT Madras to create astronaut training module for ISRO using AR

IIT Madras will develop a training module for ISRO's Indian Human Spaceflight Programme using Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Mixed Reality. Recently, the two signed an MoU to work together on implementing Extended Reality (XR), which is a combination of these technologies, in the spaceflight programme. IIT Madras will use its eXperiential Technology Innovation Centre for this.
