K'taka makes masks mandatory inside movie theatres, schools & colleges

The Karnataka government has made wearing face masks mandatory inside movie theatres, schools and colleges amid a sudden rise in COVID-19 cases in some countries. Masks will be mandatory to celebrate the New Year in pubs, restaurants and bars, state Health Minister K Sudhakar said. He added that New Year celebrations must end before 1 am.
