Making all-out effort to arrest culprits: Manipur Police after 2 women paraded naked

After a video of two Kuki women being paraded naked sparked outrage online, Manipur Police said it is "making an all-out effort to arrest the culprits at the earliest". The incident happened on May 4 after violence broke out between Kuki and Meitei communities. "A case of abduction, gangrape and murder etc was registered...against unknown armed miscreants," police added.
