New image of Ring Nebula released, resembles a green and purple eye

Astronomers have used James Webb Space Telescope to capture a new image of Messier 57, more popularly known as the Ring Nebula. The Ring Nebula, seen as a green and purple eye in the image, is the glowing remains of a dead star. The white speck at the centre is a white dwarf, the remains of the star that's extinct.
