No objection to CBI probe in father-son custodial deaths case: Madras HC

The Madurai Bench of Madras High Court on Monday said it doesn't have any objection to Tamil Nadu government's appeal to shift Thoothukudi's father-son custodial deaths case probe to CBI. The court said it will not interfere with the state government's decision, reported ANI. Jayaraj and his son Bennicks died allegedly due to police torture in Sathankulam town last week.
