Pawar backs PM Modi's Ladakh visit, says Nehru visited too in 1962

NCP's Sharad Pawar backed PM Narendra Modi's Ladakh visit and added he was not surprised. Jawaharlal Nehru and then Defence Minister Yashwantrao Chavan had also visited after 1962 Indo-China war, he stated. Adding that in such situations, the country's leadership must take steps to motivate soldiers, Pawar said when he was Defence Minister in 1993, he had gone to China.
