Putin won't be arrested in 2024 Brazil G20 meeting: Brazilian Prez

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said that Russian President Vladimir Putin wouldn't be arrested if he attends the G20 meeting in Brazil in 2024. "[Putin] can go easily to Brazil. [If I'm Brazil's President], and he comes to Brazil, there's no way he'll be arrested," Lula said. Earlier, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant against Putin.
