PwC quits as Reliance Capital auditor over some transactions
Global auditing firm PwC has resigned as the statutory auditor of Reliance Capital citing certain "observations or transactions" in its assessment. It added that the Anil Ambani-led company threatened legal action against the firm, which further impaired its ability to complete the audit in a fair manner. Reliance Capital said it does not agree with PwC's reasons for resignation.
