What was the main reason for Russia's Luna-25 crashing into Moon?
The crash of Russia's first moon mission in 47 years likely came down to engine failure, Roscosmos chief Yury Borisov said. The engines that were supposed to lead Luna-25 spacecraft to pre-landing orbit didn't shut down in time and worked for 127 seconds, instead of the planned 84 seconds, Borisov explained. He called this the main cause of Luna-25's crash.
