OpenAI has reportedly made its first hiring in India, appointing Pragya Misra as the head of government relations and public policy. According to a Bloomberg report, Misra will commence her duties by the end of this month. Aged 39, Misra previously worked at Truecaller and Meta Platforms. She has also worked with EY and the Royal Danish Embassy in Delhi.
