A 35-year-old chef of a five-star hotel in Delhi has been arrested for allegedly committing around 15 snatching incidents in several areas of South Delhi. A jeweller has also been arrested for purchasing snatched chains from him. The accused, who worked alone, is a Delhi University graduate and has hotel management degree from Pusa institute.
