US President Joe Biden in his latest gaffe confused Israel's Haifa with the southern Gaza city of Rafah. "I made it clear to Israelis, don't move on [to attacking] Haifa," he added, apparently meaning to say 'Rafah' in his recent interview. Haifa, which is Israel's third-largest city, is more than 100 miles north of Rafah.
