Hong Kong to shorten COVID-19 quarantine for arrivals to 14 days

Hong Kong will shorten COVID-19 quarantine for arrivals from 21 days to 14 days from February 5 onwards, leader Carrie Lam announced on Thursday. People travelling from over 160 countries will have to quarantine in designated hotels for two weeks, followed by seven days of self-monitoring. Meanwhile, citywide COVID-19 restrictions have been extended till February 17, Lam said.
