In Pune district, a 33-year-old man, Abhijit Pote, allegedly fatally attacked 26-year-old Rinku Thite, a technician at MSEDCL, over a Rs 570 electricity bill dispute. The incident occurred at the MSEDCL office in Morgaon, Baramati tehsil. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Thite succumbed to her injuries. Pote has been arrested under IPC sections, including 302 (murder).
