Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said PM Narendra Modi is running a "school of corruption" in India. "Where under the subject 'Entire Corruption Science', he himself is teaching each chapter including 'donation business' in detail," Rahul stated. He stated that BJP has made it mandatory for its leaders to do this "crash course" and the country is "paying price" for it.
