HDFC Bank has posted a net profit of ₹16,512 crore for the fourth quarter, up marginally from ₹16,372 crore clocked in the previous quarter. The bank's net interest income, or core income, was up 2% quarter-on-quarter to ₹29,077 crore. Further, the bank's board of directors has recommended a dividend of ₹19.5 per share for the year ended March 31, 2024.
