The Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22 was the "best" of its kind and would have earned ₹10,000 crore every year had the ex-LG not been "asked" to change his decision at the last minute, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia said on Saturday. His statement comes after CBI conducted a raid at his residence in connection with the excise policy case.
